About Faribault Senior Living
Mission & Complete Senior Care
Life Enriching Programming, Dining, Housekeeping, and Medication
Our mission is simple – Working together as the primary senior care provider and resource, enriching the lives of older adults in the communities we serve. We are a senior community dedicated to offering life engaging programs and education while maintaining exceptional standards of quality. With locations in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, our communities are highly respected within the industry, with families, and with each resident and tenant that lives with us.
We understands that choosing a care residence for yourself or your loved one can be overwhelming. We are here to help. Walking into any of our senior living campuses, one feels instantly at home because we work hard to make our residents feel at home. Our one and two bedroom apartments and studios speak of quality – from architecture to fixtures, we take that extra step. Quality care begins with care staff that has a passion for what they do.
Cost, quality, and location – these are concerns of every person looking for their next home or for a family member or neighbor that needs assisted living.
Known for our exceptional level of care and going that extra step for our residents and their families and friends, our communities offer specially tailored services to match the needs of our residents. Our care staff works with residents who have memory impairments, such as Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as those who just need a little help from time to time or assistance on a daily basis.
Working with families and residents in finding the right choice based on their needs is our specialty. Our staff prides themselves on providing the best cares and services that are needed for each resident. Care staff provides a variety of life enrichment programming and events, a registered nurse, laundry and housekeeping services, as well as personal care assistance with bathing, toileting, and medications. Our Culinary Director prepares delicious meals and home made snacks and desserts. Our Management Team takes special care to communicate regularly with physicians and families – all to help our residents stay as independent as possible, have as much privacy as they wish, retain dignity and give families peace of mind.
In our long history of senior care and service, many organizations and affiliates have recognized our Senior Living Campuses as a paragon of excellence in senior care. Below are just a few of the credentials our Senior Living Communities have earned throughout their of years of service to families in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Our collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA), Assisted Living Education Academy (alea), Educare, Alzheimer’s Coalition, and Aging Services of Minnesota ensures the highest degree of care.
