I started my career in health care in 2005 by working in a Group Home for the Developmentally Disabled. I enjoy caring for people. In 2008, I joined Milestone Senior Living in Rhinelander as a Resident Care Assistant. It was here that I developed my passion for working with residents with dementia. I advanced my career with Milestone by working as the Life Enrichment Coordinator and then as the Assistant Director. I completed the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association Administrator Course in 2013 and received the Alzheimer’s Association Dementia Care Specialist certification while serving as the Community Director for Milestone Senior Living in Rhinelander. Working with Milestone Senior Living gives me the opportunity to work one on one with the individuals who reside with us on our campus. I have been rewarded every day of my seven years with Milestone Senior Living knowing that we are enriching the lives of our residents by providing excellent care and by making and maintaining excellent relationships with businesses in the community. Adult Day Program available.
